Profoam Roofing Commercial Flat Roof

FLAT ROOF

In Phoenix, Arizona, foam is ideal for flat roofs. Some of the advantages of foam roofing include increased energy efficiency, improved roof protection, and a simple installation process. Select from a variety of flat roofing materials and membranes, including rubber rolled roofing, EPDM, PVC, TPO, bitumen, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing. While there are many different color options for roofing membranes, many building owners prefer to stick with white. Because of its reflective properties, this can help reduce energy waste from cooling costs.

SPRAY FOAM ROOFING

Commercial spray foam roofing could be ideal for your structure. If you have a flat or low pitch roof that is currently covered with tar and gravel or another product that is applied seam-by-seam, you should consider a sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) roof system. Because the SPF system is sprayed on as a liquid, when completed, your new roof system will be completely seamless throughout the roof surface and insulated.

Profoam Roofing Commercial Coating & Re-Coating

COATING & RE-COATING

If you have a flat roof and want to re-coat it, or if you are coating a flat roof for the first time, you have a few options. Using an elastomeric roof coating, flat roof rubber coating, white or cool coating for flat roofs are just a few of your options, and any of them will provide you with great flat roof coating benefits. Our roofing experts will make sure you get the coating that best exceeds your needs.

Profoam Roofing Commercial Polyurethane Foam

POLYURETHANE FOAM

Isocyanate and polyol are combined in sprayed polyurethane foam. These two components are fed through a proportioner, which heats and then pumps the two separate components to the spray gun, where they are mixed and sprayed onto the substrate. If properly maintained, your SPF roof can last for more than 50 years. SPF roofing systems should be inspected twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Additional inspections are also recommended following any event that may have caused system damage.
